About.Me
I’m Liz, a Registered General Nurse with over 30 years of nursing experience behind me, of which I’m very proud. I’ve worked my way up through the ranks, whilst having a family and continuing my education, always looking for new challenges and experiences. I am now the Lead Nurse in a team of Nurse Practitioners providing specialist procedures for patients within a large NHS Trust and having studied hard, have achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing Practice. I am also a Nurse Prescriber.
I trained in medical aesthetics 15 years ago and worked for a large cosmetic surgery company, although the majority of my career has been spent in the NHS. I have maintained my skills over this time along with an avid interest in aesthetics and am delighted to watch the amazing advances that, in my opinion, have transformed the industry in a way that meets the needs of a much wider client group. I continue to update my skills in the latest techniques in aesthetics with on going training courses.
I also work at a Dermatology clinic in Oxford one day a week.
No longer is it just treatments that many might shy away from for fear of looking 'over done' or 'false'. Now aesthetics is more about enhancing your natural beauty and rejuvenating your skin in away that regular skin creams and facials just cannot do. The results can be as subtle as you want them to be or if you're after getting the latest lip look, that can be catered for too.
With my specialist training, I am able to offer advice regarding the correct non-surgical treatment for you. My aim is to work with you to achieve your goal and enhance the natural you and help you to rejuvenate your look.
You will always have the reassurance that I am a registered healthcare professional and will always work within my Code of Conduct with your best interests at the heart of my practice.
